Position: UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering UKG implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare environments.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions with strong focus on UKG Pro WFM (formerly UKG Dimensions/Kronos).
  • Extensive experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of UKG modules, including:
    • Timekeeping
    • Accruals
    • Attendance
    • Advanced Scheduling
  • Hands-on experience with UKG implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into UKG functional solutions.
  • Experience configuring pay rules, work rules, scheduling rules, accrual policies, and attendance policies.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes and best practices.
  • Experience working with clients in Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare domains.
  • Ability to support testing, UAT, training, and post-production activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • UKG Pro WFM/UKG Dimensions certifications.
  • Experience with integrations between UKG and HR/Payroll systems.
  • Previous consulting experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
