  • Provide support to team members on service scope and client inquiries.
  • Assist with daily reporting and updates, collaborating with Account Managers.
  • Develop positive client relationships, handling minor escalations.
  • Manage work orders, including higher visibility tasks.
  • Ability to manage client calls when Account Manager II and/or Senior Account Manager are not available.
  • Demonstrate higher-level output and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

What YOU bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
Two to Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in Exterior Services and/or Facilities Maintenance a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
