West Virginia University Medicine is seeking a Hospitalist at Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville, WV.

The successful candidate/candidates will be expected to practice hospital medicine in the primary location of New Martinsville, West Virginia.
Duties: Provide comprehensive inpatient clinical care to patients with disease and injuries of the human internal organ system and establish preventive health practices for patients. Full Time,12 Hour shifts, One weekday shift; one weeknight shift.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent. Applicants must have completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and West Virginia Medical License eligible. Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
Since 1920, Wetzel County Hospital has served patients from the Northern Panhandle to the Mid-Ohio Valley regions of West Virginia and western Ohio. Located in New Martinsville, we strive to deliver individualized patient care and improve the lives of those in our community.
