Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $14.00 an hour base pay plus tips.

Westside Pizza is looking for a dependable, hardworking Shift Lead to oversee our evening operations and ensure every guest has a great experience. If you're a natural leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the closing shift and support the team throughout the evening.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Assign tasks and help maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Prepare pizzas, take orders,
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
  • Count drawers, complete end-of-day paperwork, and close the restaurant.
  • Train and motivate team members.
  • Open or close the store when needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or pizza experience preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
