The final position level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, leadership background, warehouse knowledge, and overall qualifications. We are seeking candidates with strong experience in warehouse operations, team leadership, inventory management, WMS, KPI management, and operational improvement. Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, e-commerce, or overseas warehouse operations is highly valued. 主要工作职责 Warehouse Operations | 仓库运营Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and general warehouse activities.Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity, and operational quality.Monitor daily workflow and performance, and ensure operational goals are achieved.Support employee training, performance management, attendance management, and workforce planning.Promote a culture of accountability, safety, warehouse inventory activities.Utilize WMS and related warehouse management systems to support operational efficiency.Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.Maintain accurate warehouse records and operational documentation.监督库存准确率及仓库库存运营。使用WMS及相关仓库管理系统提升运营效率。及时发现库存差异并推动问题解决。确保仓库记录及运营文件准确完整。 KPI & Reporting | KPI及数据分析Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, quality, labor efficiency, and on-time performance.Prepare regular warehouse performance and operational reports.Use KPI data to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.Communicate significant operational issues and performance trends to management.监控并分析生产效率、库存准确率、订单准确率、质量、人工效率及准时交付率等关键KPI。定期制作仓库运营及绩效报告。根据KPI数据识别运营问题及改善机会。及时向管理层汇报重大运营问题及绩效变化。 Process Improvement | 流程优化Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse SOPs, processes, and best practices.Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives.Work with management to improve productivity, workflow, labor utilization, and cost efficiency.Support Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, HR, and other internal teams.Coordinate operational requirements and resolve warehouse-related issues.Maintain clear and timely communication Qualifications | 基本要求Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or a related environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of warehouse workflows, inventory control, and operational procedures.Experience using WMS or warehouse management software.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.Flexibility to work evenings, improvement.Experience managing inbound and outbound operations.Strong understanding of warehouse safety and operational compliance.Knowledge of U.S. workplace regulations and labor requirements is a plus.Forklift certification is preferred for applicable
