Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to support it's client's hospital discharge planning into the Reablement Service across Wiltshire - paying a strong 36 per hour.

Supporting safe, effective hospital discharges into the Reablement Service.

This is a busy, high-turnover environment - ideal for someone confident, proactive, and experienced in acute or discharge settings.

What We're Looking For: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

  • Experience in hospital discharge / acute settings
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced workload
  • Strong MDT working skills
  • Confident decision-maker
