Seneca Foundations is seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Foundation Laborer Footings, Walls & Structural Work to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position where youll assist in preparing, forming, pouring, and finishing residential and commercial concrete foundations. No experience? No problem we provide hands-on training and a clear path to grow into skilled roles within our foundation crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with site preparation, excavation support, layout, and form setup for poured concrete foundations

  • Read blueprints and measurements to properly align and set forms using tape measures, levels, and layout tools

  • Mix, pour, spread, vibrate, and assist in finishing concrete for footings, walls, and slabs

  • Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently

  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment on job sites

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites

  • Follow company safety standards and OSHA-compliant procedures

  • Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications
  • Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic construction practices

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Preferred (Not Required):
    • Previous construction, concrete, or heavy labor experience

    • Basic familiarity with hand tools and jobsite safety equipment

Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting pay of $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
