Now Hiring Assistant Manager in West Lansing! Sport Clips of West Lansing is looking for a driven Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven track record of success.
If you're a leader who loves the salon world and wants excellent earning potential, this is a strong opportunity.
Your Daily Role
  • Work alongside the Store Manager on operations and team leadership
  • Train, coach, and develop our stylists
  • Deliver exceptional client service and drive retail sales
  • Assist with recruitment and team growth
  • Maintain top-notch store cleanliness and presentation
  • Help build a strong local client following in West Lansing

What We Require
  • Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
  • Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
  • Energetic personality and strong communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and team-focused attitude
  • Flexibility for evenings and weekends
