As a Team Leader you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Sales Advisorson a daily basis.
  • Set individual and teamobjectivesandmonitorcommercial performance, using KPIs to evaluate results and adjust strategies.
  • Coach team members through call reviews, feedback sessions, field support, and development plans.
  • Optimizethe customer journey for future participants by ensuring the team continuously improves its sales techniques and delivers outstanding customer service.
  • Activelyparticipatein sales activities, including information sessions, appointments, trade fairs, job days, festivals, and other events.
  • Analyzeresults,identifyimprovement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with management and other departments (Marketing, Operations, Admissions, etc.).
  • Train new employees and ensure the ongoing development of the team's skills and capabilities.


About You

  • You have previously lived an experience abroad (high school exchange, language program, or extended travel experience).
  • You haveextensiveexperience inmanaging a CRMin a B2C environment.
  • You are a natural and inspiring leader with excellent communication skills.
  • You combine strong commercial acumen with a people-centeredmanagement approach.
  • Ideally, you have at least 5 years of sales experience, including initial experience managing a team.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy taking initiative, and are passionate about helping others grow.
  • You are available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend commitments depending on events and activities (flexibilityrequired).
  • Youare able towork independently while fosteringstrong teamcohesion.
  • You fully embrace WEP's vision of educational and cultural travel.
  • You arenativeSpanishspeakerand completely fluent in English.
