Wendy's is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations, build strong teams, and drive business results. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching employees, delivering great guest experiences, and achieving performance goals, we'd love to meet you.

As a General Manager, you'll have ownership of your restaurant's success while being supported by a company committed to leadership development and career growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Leading, coaching, and developing managers and crew members
  • Hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent
  • Driving sales growth and restaurant profitability
  • Managing labor, food costs, and inventory controls
  • Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained
  • Providing outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns
  • Creating a positive, respectful, and performance-focused work environment
  • Reviewing key business metrics and implementing improvement plans
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational results
  • Experience managing restaurant financial performance, budgets, and P&L performance
  • Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
