Slot Supervisor - Wendover



The Slot Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of slot department workers to provide service to patrons. Handle and settle complaints of players. Verify and pay off jackpots. Reset slot machines after payoffs. Make repairs or adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair. Report hazards and enforce safety rules.

 
 

Pay rate: Grave $19/hr & day/swing are $18/hr 


Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for the profitability of the Slot Department.

Supervise Slot office staff.

Ensure proper orientation and training of all Slot procedures.

Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.

Patrol assigned areas to ensure that players are following rules and that machines are functioning correctly.

Approve slot vouchers for payouts as required.

Monitor operational quality or safety.

Monitor patron activities to identify problems or potential problems.

Verbal & aesthetically pleasing communication skills.

Perform related and/or other duties as required.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

College degree or equivalent education/experience preferred

Must obtain a Nevada Gaming card.

Title 31 training.

 
 

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Must have management experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Excellent customer service skills a must.

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and the Internet.

Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.

Must work well in stressful, high-pressured situations.
