• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing various tools and methods to gather pertinent information.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the specific goals and circumstances of each client, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling to a diverse clientele, ensuring the use of effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each group’s dynamics.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld consistently.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development activities such as case conferences, workshops, and peer reviews to enhance personal and team effectiveness.

The clientele at Inner Light Wellness Center includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and issues related to addiction. • Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A proven track record of providing individual and group therapy in clinical settings, demonstrating effective communication and rapport-building skills with clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their applications in mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold ethical principles while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• A history of successfully working in remote settings, utilizing technology to facilitate client interactions.
