Registered Nurse (RN) - Family Medicine Clinics

Locations:Holmen, Galesville, & Ashley Wellness Clinics (Arcadia)

FTE:0.8 (32 hours/week)
Hours:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating days off, no weekends, holidays, or call obligation
Starting Pay: $31.98/hour (higher based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a flexible, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN)who thrives on building relationships and creating positive experiences for patients and teammates. This position serves as a float RNacross three clinics, providing essential patient care and supporting providers in delivering exceptional service.

What You Will Do:

Serve primarily in Holmen and Galesville clinics with occasional support at Ashley Wellness Clinic in Arcadia

  • Telephone triage and in-basket work

  • Nurse-only visits (e.g., suture removal, catheter changes, blood pressure checks)

  • Follow-up on lab and INR results

  • Patient outreach for diabetes and blood pressure management

  • Perform Medical Annual Wellness visits

  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, medical assistants, and patient liaisons

What You Need:

  • Associate degree in nursing (minimum); BSN preferred

  • RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire

  • Minnesota RN license required within 3 months of hire

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

  • Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a busy environment

  • Comfortable with basic nursing procedures (suture removal, catheter changes)
