Job Description

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-priority projects and strategic initiatives within Enterprise Delivery at Wings. Responsibilities include managing business relationships, planning and executing on major deliverables, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. The Program Manager contributes to Wings long-term strategic goals by ensuring the realization of business value across their portfolio.
Essential Functions

  • Manage a portfolio of projects through planning, execution, and closeout using project management best practices to deliver on time, with quality, and within budget.
  • Maintain relationships at all levels to foster the greatest degree of influence as needed to facilitate cooperation and effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with sponsors, key stakeholders, delivery teams and product managers as appropriate to support program goals and measurement.
  • Develop knowledge and basic skills related to program business and technology drivers.
  • Set expectations for the program and maintain expectations over time.
  • Maintain effective program governance.
  • Leverage the various project management tools to effectively and efficiently execute projects.
  • Collaborate with program managers in support of a variety of projects.
  • Play a key role in vendor relationship management.
  • Ensure Organizational Change Management is implemented for the program.
  • Effectively facilitate team meetings as appropriate to accomplish key project deliverables.
  • Plan and execute appropriate project delivery risk management activities.
  • Coach Project Managers in project management best practices, as appropriate.
  • Assist Wings with accomplishing projects in ways that save time, save money, manage scope & quality, while driving us forward in executing our strategic objectives.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years relevant experience required

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Must be able to find creative ways to influence others to accomplish objectives in a timely manner.
  • Experience with Organization Change Management best practice.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Experience with technology implementation projects.

Additional Information

PAY RANGE: $135,000 to $158,000 Annually (S18), plus 15% annual target bonus.
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.
