Overview

We’re partnering with a well-established provider of high-quality flooring and interior surface products to identify a Territory Sales Manager focused on the Retail Dealer channel.

This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who takes ownership of their territory, understands how to grow a book of business, and values long-term partnerships over transactional selling. The right person is already successful, knows how to navigate a competitive market, and is motivated to build something meaningful within their territory.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a defined territory within the retail dealer channel
  • Develop and execute a plan to increase market share and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
  • Prioritize and grow high-value accounts while expanding overall reach
  • Position yourself as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
  • Maintain consistent market presence through networking, referrals, and customer engagement
  • Take full ownership of territory performance and results

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure
