This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility to manage your hours while fulfilling your clinical responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to connect with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team virtually, ensuring a continuum of care. • Provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for conducting brief screenings and determining when more comprehensive assessments are necessary.
• Create and implement integrated care plans while coordinating services among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Conduct crisis intervention and respond to emergency situations with calm and effective strategies, always prioritizing client safety and emotional stability.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation for all client interactions, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular team meetings and committee work aimed at improving service delivery and the overall quality of care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and methodologies in the field of social work to continuously enhance personal skills and contribute to team learning.
• Provide on-call support as assigned during program hours to ensure clients receive timely assistance.

The primary focus of this role will be serving individuals who contend with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Our clients often come from marginalized communities, facing challenges related to socioeconomic status, access to care, and stigma surrounding mental health. Your work will involve being a source of strength and a guide for clients navigating difficult life situations, thereby directly contributing to improving their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illnesses, as well as crisis intervention and risk management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a strong focus on managing caseload and documentation deadlines.
• Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and a commitment to respect and incorporate clients’ unique traditions and beliefs in clinical practice.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or with under-served populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and available technologies that enhance client engagement and service delivery.
• Experience in developing and leading group therapy sessions or workshops focused on mental wellness is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
