The Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to become a cornerstone of our dynamic team in Hampton, Virginia. This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide high-quality counseling and support to a diverse clientele from the comfort of your own home. With a salary range of USD 85,000 – 104,000 per year, you will play a critical role in delivering integrated care that addresses both mental health and social needs.

As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of our clients. Our organization promotes a work-life balance philosophy, acknowledging that our staff must practice what they preach—to facilitate well-being in clients, we must also prioritize our own mental and emotional health. You can choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, to fit your lifestyle.

As an LCSW at the Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center, you will:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families via secure digital platforms.
• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information.
• Evaluate and treat mental health challenges, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement programs that address clients' emotional and social challenges.
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering a therapeutic atmosphere of respect and acceptance.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously to comply with established protocols.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that all documentation accurately reflects services delivered and client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and address complex cases.

This role will primarily engage with individuals experiencing behavioral health issues, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, substance dependence, anxiety, and relational challenges. You will work closely with diverse populations, ensuring that every client receives personalized, empathetic care tailored to their unique circumstances and backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of Virginia.
• A commitment to engage in continuous education around contemporary practices in social work and mental health.

While not mandatory, the following attributes are beneficial:

• At least four years of experience in social work or counseling, particularly within mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated capability in addressing behavioral health issues such as depression, substance abuse, grief, and family dynamics.
• Experience in crisis intervention and referral management is highly advantageous.
