Weekend Wellness Nurse

EVERY OTHER WEEKEND - 12 hour shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend Wellness Nurse to join our team at Holly Court Assisted Living and Memory Care in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Weekend Wellness Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents on weekends while supporting our dedicated caregivers. Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and documentation

  • Assist caregivers with incident responses, occurrences, and provide support to families with concerns

  • Provide weekend coverage for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met

  • Collaborate with the Director of Wellness on resident care

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services provided
