As a member of the Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will be part of a community health clinic environment that emphasizes teamwork, support, and innovation in mental health practices. You will engage with colleagues through virtual meetings, enhancing communication and collaboration, and participate in regular interdisciplinary team discussions to ensure integrated care for your clients.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, direct care team members, family members, and other stakeholders to discuss individual progress and treatment plans.
• Develop and share a tentative schedule of client appointments, home visits, and necessary observations to track the progress and well-being of clients.
• Coordinate home visits to carry out in-home observations, conduct chart reviews, facilitate staff interviews, and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Ensure that treatment program plans are implemented effectively and adaptively based on client feedback and progress recorded.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contribute to discussions relevant to improving program efficacy and client outcomes.
• Document detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to monitor client development and inform future treatment strategies.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff to ensure competencies in program plan implementation and proper documentation practices.
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits to ensure the continuity of care and to address any changing needs of individuals.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure information is accessible to authorized personnel, complying with all privacy laws and organization policies.
• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and the broader mental health community to facilitate support and development goals.
• Assist in formulating procedures to improve training materials, enhancing the therapeutic programs available to our clientele.

As an LCPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youths, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your engagement with clients will be personalized, ensuring the delivery of tailored services that empower individuals to achieve their wellness goals.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, is mandatory.
• Expertise or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a wide array of clients.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies for streamlined documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including at-risk youth and underserved communities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and an interest in ongoing professional development.
