Role Description

As a Welding Supervisor at Inventech Marine Solutions - Life Proof Boats, you will oversee and manage a team of welders to ensure high-quality production. Responsibilities include conducting welding inspections, ensuring quality control standards, coordinating daily workflow, overseeing TIG and standard welding processes, and mentoring team members to maintain high craftsmanship standards.
