MIG Welder
Are you an experienced welder who takes pride in clean beads and quality craftsmanship? A growing, leading metal manufacturer in Neenah, WI is looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join their team. In this role, you will work on custom and production metal fabrication projects involving steel, stainless, and aluminum. If you enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and building high-quality metal products from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

Work Hours (Shift) –1st and 2nd shift openings available
Starting Pay –$18 to $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- -?MIG Welding: Perform high-quality MIG (GMAW) welds on light-to-heavy gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless components.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and shop drawings to accurately assemble components.
- Fabrication & Prep: Cut, grind, fit, and align metal parts using shop tools (tack welding, angle grinders, saws, shears).
- Quality Inspection: Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, accuracy, and aesthetic quality.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and keep a clean, safe workstation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or custom fabrication environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; formal welding training or AWS certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read weld symbols and blueprints; proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work comfortably in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to workshop safety.
