Job Title: Entry Level Welder

Job Description:

Are you looking for an opportunity to start a career in the trades? You will be working in a climate-controlled fabrication shop to complete a variety of metal fabrication on a variety of materials including stainless steel and mild steel depending on the projects. Job duties may include: working from blueprints, MIG and TIG welding parts for customers, grinding welds, and operating saws to cut parts. Depending on experience, you may start in various areas throughout the shop you are formally trained on the welding process.

Shift: 1st shift hours ; Monday - Thursday + OT on Friday

Job Duties:

• Work from blueprints to build custom weldments to specifications
• MIG and TIG weld various materials
• Grind and inspect finish welds
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials

Requirements:

• Previous welding or fabrication shop experience highly preferred (hobby experience will be considered)
• Experience working from blueprints
• Must be comfortable using tools

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.50/hr.
