Job Description Job Description We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Welder Helpers in the Northwest Houston area.We're seeking recent welding school graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced fabrication or industrial setting. Responsibilities: Assist experienced welders with setup, positioning, and material handling Prep materials and tools for welding projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform basic measurements and cuts using a tape measure Operate basic shop tools under supervision Requirements: Must be able to read a tape measure accurately down to the 16th Welding school certificate or recent graduation from a welding program is preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
