Pre-Paint Production Worker

Donald, OR
$20–$25/hour DOE
⏰ Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

A busy manufacturing company is looking for dependable individuals to join the Pre-Paint Department. This is a hands-on manufacturing position preparing metal products for the painting process.

Previous manufacturing or metalworking experience is helpful, but not required. Training is available for the right candidate!


What You’ll Do:

  • Remove weld spatter using putty knives, chisels, and other hand tools
  • Remove weld burns and discoloration using grinders and other equipment
  • Review production paperwork and verify product information
  • Clean and wipe down products using xylene to remove oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants
  • Inspect surfaces and prepare products for painting
  • Identify areas requiring additional preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
