EDUCATION/SKILLS:
  • Variety of welding skills as stated on the latest version of the ATS Welding Technician Training Chart
  • Associates Degree in Welding Technology or two (2) years experience without degree
  • ability to travel on short notice for extended periods
  • self motivated with high level of initiative
  • ability to work with minimal supervision
  • problem solving skills
  • written and verbal communication skills in English

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • complete day to day activities of assigned areas and projects
  • communication with all levels of management, engineering and clients
  • tasks may include operation of cranes, forklift, general housekeeping, assisting with weld setup and equipment mobilization/demobilization
