Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Welder who has some hands-on welding experience and is eager to learn and grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the industrial recycling industry.

This position is very physically demanding and requires working in a dirty, dusty, hot environment. Most of the work is performed outdoors, so you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and humidity.

Job Duties
  • Perform basic MIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding.
  • Assist with repairing and fabricating metal parts.
  • Operate grinders, hand tools, and welding equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures at all times.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Some welding experience is required (school, shop, or previous work experience).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Reliable transportation.
