Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation & Cleanup: Cleaning, grinding, and prepping workpieces for welding; removing slag, rust, and grease.
  • Equipment Setup: Moving welding machines, gas cylinders, and cables to, from, and between workstations

  • Support Duties: Holding materials in place, tack welding, and operating hand/power tools to assist the welder.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Following safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and inspecting equipment for leaks or damage.
