Job Summary

We are hiring a Robotic Welder for a client in the manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for operating and programming robotic welding equipment while performing manual MIG welding as needed to support production. The ideal candidate brings hands-on welding experience, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and program robotic welding equipment efficiently

  • Perform MIG welding and manual welding during robot cycles as needed

  • Load and unload materials using hand, overhead jib crane, or forklift

  • Monitor and adjust machine controls to address programming faults or malfunctions

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication

  • Utilize templates, fixtures, and clamps to align parts for quality production

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on welding equipment

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in robotic welding and programming

  • Proficiency in MIG welding and manual welding techniques

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

  • Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and overhead cranes

  • Physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, bend, and lift over 50 pounds

Preferred Skills
