Job description

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel, along with the ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings to produce high-quality, precision welds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
  • Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished welds and maintain consistency in workmanship
  • Support fabrication processes as needed (sheet metal experience a plus)

Qualifications:

  • Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel experience preferred)
  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of weld symbols and fabrication processes
  • Sheet metal welding/fabrication experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation:

Up to $30.00 per hour, based on experience
