Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Metal Finisher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, values quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a team that delivers to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding and fabrication at the bench to drawings and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and prep materials accurately
  • Assemble and finish welded components to required tolerances
  • Inspect and ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bench hand or welder in a fabrication or manufacturing workshop
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and weld symbols
  • Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:
