Most employers address these risks by providing comprehensive safety training, enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like helmets, gloves, and respirators, and maintaining strict safety protocols in the work area. Regular equipment inspections and adherence to OSHA guidelines are also standard practices to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
