Duties:

  • Coordinate and prioritize work orders to meet deadlines
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
  • Train new employees on shop procedures and safety protocols
Skills:
  • Proficient in sheet metal fabrication techniques
  • Knowledge of using calipers for precise measurements
