Title: Weld/Fabrication Lead - 2nd Shift
Company: Global Power Components - www.globalpowercomponents.com
Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite 4-days/week)
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Hours: Monday - Thursday (3pm - 2am CT)
Overview:
Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. We are seeking a 2nd Shift Weld/Fabrication Supervisor to supervise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure production is to specifications
  • Quality standards are being met 100%
  • Ensuring all employees are working within the established safety guidelines

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Monitor employee performance and work output
  • Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Pay attention to details and have a strong drive to succeed
