Job description

Key Responsibility:

  • Monitor line components (part numbers, characteristics, documentation, and traceability).
  • Check critical quality attributes including weights, label tolerances, torques, and other in-process specifications.
  • Match current production output to approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Verify components against the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Perform and document required inspections, tests, and measurements.
  • Assist Production and Quality Supervision in troubleshooting line issues.
  • Ensure nonconforming materials are properly identified, segregated, and documented.
  • Perform any additional duties as directed by supervisor.
  • Pay range $18.50-23.00 per hour.ย 

Qualifications:

  • 2โ€“3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to understand product/documentation traceability
  • Ability to use basic measuring instruments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Strong math skills
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
