Sales Growth & Operations Manager – Medical Weight Loss I Remote

Weight Loss NP | Telehealth & GLP-1 Medical Weight Loss
Remote Position | Denver, CO area preferred for occasional in-person collaboration with CEO, but not required
Must have a professional work-from-home setup
$3,000–$5,000/month base + performance incentives (DOE)
Part-Time | 1099 for first 90 days with opportunity to transition to W2

About the Role

Weight Loss NP is seeking a highly motivated and growth-driven Sales Growth & Operations Manager to help scale a fast-growing telehealth medical weight loss practice specializing in GLP-1 and evidence-based weight management services.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales growth, operational excellence, patient experience, and business profitability. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can demonstrate measurable impact from previous roles.

You will work directly with the CEO to improve sales performance, patient conversion, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and support business development initiatives
  • Improve lead conversion, patient onboarding, and retention processes
  • Optimize telehealth workflows and operational systems
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and operational metrics
  • Support patient communication, follow-up, and coordination systems
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • Assist with scheduling, intake, insurance workflows, and patient coordination
  • Help build scalable systems to support a rapidly growing telehealth practice
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of driving measurable sales, operational, or business growth
  • Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Highly proactive with strong follow-through and sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or medical practice operations preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and prior authorizations is a plus
  • Familiarity with GLP-1 medications or medical weight loss programs is highly valued
