Bilingual Pre-weigher Compounding Dept 9am-5:30pm - ENTRY LEVEL - Personal Care Products Manufacturing - Dallas, TX Area

9:00am - 5:30pm. Occasionally OT during the week or Saturdays. No Sundays

Job Overview:

Pre-weighers are responsible for preparing all raw materials for each product to be compounded per batch ticket instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Set-up scales for weighing product following established SOP's

● Weighs all raw materials according to specific formulas

● Ensures that all materials are pre-weighed according to the manufacturing instructions provided

● Verify and complete all batch paperwork in a timely manner

● Keeps inventory in order by documenting where raw materials were pulled from

● Must keep the Pre-Weigh Area and Warehouse in clean condition: clean the area as you work

● Assure accuracy of all documentation, to include:

○ Batch Records

○ Cleaning Logs

○ Weighing Tickets

● Safely operate pallet jackets to move pallets, drums, and tanks around the department

● Assume other duties and responsibilities, as necessary, within the compounding department in an effort to provide the required support to ensure adherence to the production schedule

● Notify manager of any additional equipment or materials needed

● Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

● Ability to read and understand safety rules and standard operating procedures

● Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

● 2 year experience in an Personal Care or Cosmetics Products manufacturing

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Accuracy and attention to detail

● Education high school diploma or equivalent

● Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively

● Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

● Ability to wear required PPE
