Job description

Delivery Driver/Dishwasher

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a dishwasher/driver to join our team at a private day school. Nights and weekends are off, and workdays are scheduled around the school schedule. This position will support multiple serving areas on campus, including delivering meals to classrooms of the youngest students.

At SAGE, food and people come first. The teams at each of the schools we serve work together to provide safe, healthy, and varied meals that reflect the tastes and preferences of each community. At the same time, our home office team works together to offer weekly pay, comprehensive year-round benefits, and continuous training.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Available overtime for catering events with advance notice.
  • Summers off!

Pay Type:

$17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

What you'll do:

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
  • Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
  • Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
  • Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.

What you'll need:

  • Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
  • Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
  • Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
