Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately enter fiscal and program data into multiple databases, maintain client files, and support special projects. You will play a key role in keeping records complete and accurate, assisting with financial closing activities, and supporting monthly billing processes. This position requires strong time management, computer proficiency, and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Enter assessments, re-assessments, and Change of Status forms into Servtracker and SAMS/SPURS systems
• Create, file, and audit MOW, HMO, DADS, and client files
• Maintain complete and accurate computerized and paper records
• Assist with end-of-month financial closing and monthly AAA billing entry
• Run eligibility reports for HMO and DADS clients

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance
• Proficient with 10-key and computer systems, including database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
