In Home Caregiver – Up to $18.00/hr | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available

What you’ll get as a caregiver
  • $16.00-$17.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
  • $17.00-$18.00/hr for HHA/CNA drivers after your first 8 weeks*
  • $700 for referring a caregiver referral program

Requirements
  • Must have some prior caregiving experience, either paid professional or family
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
  • Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

*To be considered for a wage increase after 8 weeks, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license, insurance, and clean driving record), have proof of previously passed the Florida Home Health Aide Competency Exam or have an active HHA, RN, CNA or LNA license, work at least 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor.
