As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Weekends in Appleton, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working with a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity according to site protocols, helping to support authorized access for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors.
  • Observe and report maintenance concerns, operational disruptions, and/or policy violations encountered during patrols and routine post duties.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
