What You'll Do
  • Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
  • Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
  • Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
