Job description

Are you energetic and ready to be a part of a winning team? As a member of the Stadium Operations team, you will be part of delivering an amazing fan experience by playing a key role in assisting with event set-ups, tear downs and field of play to provide the best stadium experience for all events.

This role requires a highly accountable individual to execute task delivery on schedule. You are required to work efficiently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.

This is a 30-40 per week, hourly position where the hours are based around event activities, business needs and events at the stadium. Events are primarily evenings, holidays, and weekends.

What you will do:

Execute event preparation, room and stadium set ups, tear downs, conversions, field painting and field of play

Execute snow clearing and summer grounds maintenance.ย ย  Grounds maintenance includes weeding, cutting, mowing and utilizing lawn equipment in a safe manner

Demonstrate strong communication skills by providing direction and coordination of seasonal, hourly staff

Operate forklifts, loader and other equipment to successfully execute tasks

Assist with equipment upkeep, maintenance and training

Other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays based on event schedules

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and work within tight timelines

Ability to work with limited supervision and have a positive attitude

A strong work ethic, an eye for detail and able to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities

Ability to communicate effectively, including strong verbal communication skills

Ability to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time

Hold a current valid driver's license to drive equipment

Experience with operating and maintaining equipment with small engines preferred
