What You'll Be Doing
You will greet guests, run the register, make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with our food program. There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide an outstanding experience for our customers...they have come to expect it!
You will work with a fun, energetic team that knows how to have fun and accomplish their daily tasks at the same time.

What We Need from You
  • Schedule flexibility - including nights, weekends and sometimes holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Comfort working in temperatures consistent with commercial refrigeration/freezers
  • Willingness to work with commercial food preparation equipment (grills, ovens, fryers)

Bonus Points if You Have
  • Retail and/or food service experience
  • Cash handling/cash register experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a municipal seller/server certificate (minimum 18 years of age)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A drive to grow your career within the cooperative!
