Contract Details :

  • Job Title : SITE SUPPLY CHAIN INVENTORY ANALYST - LEADER
  • Type of contract : Long-term At-will
  • Expected Hiring Date : ASAP

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for safety, quality, cost and delivery of assigned shift
  • Responsible to lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives
  • Closely monitor quality levels and root cause ; correcting any non-conformances
  • Supervise Inventory Analysts.
  • Consistently apply policies and procedures
  • Develop, Implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensure the integrity of the data in the SAP through proactively cycle counting assigned parts and performing various audits of SAP and making stock adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain SAP Inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts on assigned parts
  • Audit storage location for misplaced parts and correcting the problem
  • Work within WMS to ensure stock accuracy
  • Correct negative stock (COGI) errors as they present themselves
  • Work with Warehouse personnel to ensure storage bin stock is in correct bin
  • Audit Vertical Load Manager (VLM) as necessary
  • Audit (Warehouse management system (WMS) for excess parts and quantity accuracy
  • Assist quality with Cycle counts to ensure quality standards are meet.
  • Transfer parts within different storage locations in SAP to correct Cogi and physical stock
  • Continually work to understand the customer's requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
  • Provide feedback to department manager about any quality or production concerns

 

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate a high-level reactivity in critical situations
  • Ability to communicate with employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous automotive experience a plus
  • Solid computer experience, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • ERP/SAP experience other similar system(preferred)
  • PO Certified forklift driver (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiar with use of scanners and printers
  • Must be available for weekend support rotation as needed.
  • Must be process and detailed oriented
  • Able to learn and do multiple tasks simultaneously
