Job description

E-Commerce Supervisor

The Supervisor for E-Commerce supports daily operations for the grocery delivery and/or pickup experience. This role serves as the foundation for E-Commerce leadership and requires a solution oriented, resilient team member ready to develop leadership skills across five critical areas: safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and team member engagement. This role will support the Associate Team Leader and Team Leader by ensuring Team Members follow established processes while maintaining safety and quality. Support productivity by monitoring shopper flow and operations to meet customer order times. Assist with Team Member onboarding and provide real-time guidance on the floor. Embrace agility by testing new approaches and contributing to an energized team culture.

The wage range for this position is $19.00-$30.20 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
