Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. in Hewitt, Texas is hiring for an Industrial Mechanical/Maintenance Technician for a Waco area company. All of our services are free for prospective employees.
Location: Waco, TX 76710
Job Title: Industrial mechanical/Maintenance Technician (weekend shift)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay/Salary: $25-$28/hr per hour
Hours of Work: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (7 AM to 7 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Mechanical/Maintenance Technician with strong electrical expertise to join a Waco area manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment, with a particular focus on electrical systems. The technician will work during the night shift, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently to support continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including wiring, control panels, and motor systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure long-term operational efficiency.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
  • Install and configure new equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of equipment performance and repairs.
Qualifications:
