This position includes a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week during the winter season, with additional hours available during snow events.

Job Duties

  • Operate loaders, Kubota equipment, skid steers, and other snow removal machinery to complete winter maintenance services.
  • Safely clear parking lots, driveways, walkways, access roads, and other designated areas.
  • Perform pre operation and post operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned reporting locations.
  • Must provide and wear CSA approved winter work boots and appropriate winter outdoor clothing.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience and equipment qualifications.
  • Guaranteed minimum weekly hours during the winter season.
  • Paid orientation and in person equipment training.
  • Opportunities for additional hours during snow events.
  • Potential opportunities for advancement and year-round employment for strong performers.
  • A supportive, team oriented workplace with a strong focus on safety and quality service.
