Familiarity with version control systems like Git, content management systems (CMS), and basic database management is common. Additionally, they may need to coordinate with full-time team members who work during the week, requiring clear communication and effective use of collaboration tools. To manage these challenges, it's helpful to set clear expectations with clients or teams, utilize project management software, and establish a consistent workflow to maximize productivity during weekend hours.
