 Warehouse Associate - Loading & Unloading | Earn $200-$250 Per Day

Location: Ocala, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (Donut Shift) | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Freight Breakers LLC is searching for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. This is a production-based position where your daily earnings are based on your productivity. If you enjoy physical work and want the opportunity to increase your income through performance, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Loading Responsibilities

  • Hand-load cartons from conveyor systems into outbound trailers.

  • Use handheld scanners to verify each carton as it is loaded.

  • Move rolling cages and freight between staging areas.

  • Build clean, organized trailer loads while maintaining production goals.

Unloading Responsibilities

  • Unload inbound floor-loaded trailers by placing freight onto conveyor lines.

  • Scan cartons to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Sort freight into designated cages for processing.

  • Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

This role requires frequent lifting, walking, bending, and continuous movement throughout the shift.

Compensation

Performance-Based Pay

  • Average earnings of $200-$250 per day

  • Typical hourly equivalent of $16-$25+ per hour

  • Paid by the number of cases loaded and unloaded

  • The more you produce, the more you earn

Schedule
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (Donut Shift)

  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

  • Some shifts may finish early based on production volume

  • Overtime opportunities available as needed
