  • Pay: $20.00 per hour + Performance-Based Production Incentives
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight Shift | 7PM-7AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising warehouse crews, ensuring productivity goals are achieved, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating the efficient movement of freight throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in warehouse operations and the ability to effectively manage teams performing manual loading and unloading tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead warehouse associates during daily loading and unloading operations.
  • Oversee the manual handling of freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
  • Monitor conveyor belt operations to ensure freight is processed safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of freight during unloading and loading processes.
  • Assign work tasks and manage labor resources to meet production and service goals.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.
  • Track productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
  • Communicate daily expectations and performance goals to team members.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Maintain professional communication with facility personnel and management teams.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred.
  • Experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
